We are very excited to present the 7th Annual Downtown Hoedown and Chuckwagon Chili Challenge with MainStreet Steamboat Springs!
The Hoedown had its origins in 2005 with the celebration of our 100th anniversary! We wanted to continue the fun, so we teamed up with MainStreet to bring it back year to year.
This event is fun for the whole family. If you’re handy in the kitchen, you can enter the challenge and create a chili, cornbread, or salsa recipe to win! Or, you can sample all the recipes, and vote for your favorite to win the People’s Choice Award and other cash prizes.
