It’s beginning to feel a bit chilly outside. And, when it starts to get colder, my thoughts begin to turn to the stove and all the delicious food I can now concoct now that I won’t cook my own hide in the summer’s heat. We’ve been collecting recipes that best represent the western lifestyle; vittles fit for a cowboy. Here are some of the ones on our list to try:
