About your wonderful sales lady Denise Adams. I purchased a pair of cowboy (girl) boots about a year ago, when visiting my son in Steamboat. I live in CT. Since then, I have lost about 40 pounds and the boots no longer fit. (too big, yahoo) They were only worn a couple times indoors. I was blessed with the dealings of Denise upon my phone contact to your store. Denise not only helped me thru the whole process of returning/searching/replacing the boots, she did it with fantastic friendliness and professionalism one would expect from such a reputable outfit. I want to thank Denise from the bottom of my heart. I am so happy with my new Ariat boots, and the exposure I have had with your store, now and a year ago. F.M. Light & Sons IS my favorite store, hands down !!! Take care, and be well everyone !! Diane from the Sunnycrest Farm
